1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, interacting, or checking out on the PotatoHead Supermarket platform, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment, please discontinue your use of our retail interfaces.

2. Ordering and Fulfillment

We endeavor to guarantee the accuracy of stock availability reflecting real-world volumes. When your order is placed, your transaction acts as an actionable request to deliver those items. We reserve the right to respectfully cancel or refund orders impacted by unforeseen inventory desynchronizations.

3. Delivery Zones & Fees

Deliveries are explicitly limited to authorized zones defined within checkout. M-Pesa is processed sequentially, and order processing explicitly starts only upon SafariCom API's confirmation validation. Delivery fees are applied dynamically per regional constraints and are subject to change without extended prior warning.

4. Limitation of Liability

PotatoHead Supermarket and its affiliates (Franchise Forge implementations) are not liable for any logistical damages resulting directly or indirectly from interruptions of service, internet downtimes, or delays strictly originating from third-party payment providers (M-Pesa).
